Privacy Policy

Nativx (“we”, “us”) provides an AI sales assistant for e-commerce stores. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what rights you have over it.

When you submit the “Book a demo” form, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your store name, e-commerce platform and website URL
• Your approximate monthly order volume (if provided)
• Any message you choose to add

If you accept analytics or marketing cookies in the cookie banner, we additionally collect standard usage data (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from IP, referring source) and ad-interaction data. See Section 5, Cookies. We never combine this with the form data listed above without your separate consent.

• To respond to your demo request and prepare a relevant demo
• To follow up by email about your inquiry
• To keep a record of the conversation in our CRM (HubSpot) so we can serve you consistently
• Where consented: to understand site traffic (Google Analytics) and measure ad performance (Meta Pixel)

We process your demo-request data under legitimate interest (responding to an inquiry you initiated) and, where required, your consent. Analytics and marketing cookies are processed only on the basis of your explicit, opt-in consent, which you give or withhold in the cookie banner and can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

We share data with the following processors, only as needed:

• HubSpot (CRM, EU data hosting) — stores your demo request as a contact record
• Web3Forms — delivers an instant email notification of your submission
• Google Analytics — only if you accept analytics cookies
• Meta Pixel — only if you accept marketing cookies

Google and Meta are US-based; where data leaves the EU, it is transferred under their respective Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Necessary cookies keep the site functioning and are always active. Analytics and marketing cookies load only after you accept them in the cookie banner — nothing is set beforehand. You can review or change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

We keep demo-request data for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a reasonable record of the relationship, or until you ask us to delete it. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics’ and Meta’s standard retention settings.

Under GDPR, you can ask us to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting past processing

To exercise any of these, email adrian@nativextech.com. You can also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority — in Romania, the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).

We may update this policy as the product or our tooling changes. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date below.
