Why we built Aria
In a good shop, someone helps you choose. They ask what it’s for, notice what you’re unsure about and point you to the one that fits. Online, that person is missing: the product page lists specifications, and the chat window answers questions about orders.
So shoppers who want to buy, but aren’t sure which product is right, leave to search elsewhere or buy the wrong thing and send it back. Aria is our answer: a sales assistant that knows your catalog as well as your best staff, and is there at the moment of decision.
How we work
Grounded in your data
Aria answers from your catalog and your store policies, and says so when it doesn’t know. It never invents a product detail or a price.
Built with your team
Every deployment is configured together with the retailer, and nothing reaches customers until your team has tested and approved it.
Honest about results
We show what Aria does, not numbers we can’t back up. When we have customer results, they’ll be here with the customer’s name on them.
Privacy first
GDPR-ready from the start, with each retailer’s data kept separate and our commitments set out in a Data Processing Agreement.
