About Aria
What Aria does, where it runs and how a deployment goes.
Aria uses natural conversation to understand what customers are looking for. It identifies their intended use, preferences, budget and constraints, then asks focused follow-up questions to clarify what matters and find the most suitable options in your catalog.
As the conversation develops, Aria matches those criteria with the product information and attributes in your prepared catalog. It explains why each recommendation is relevant, compares available alternatives and helps customers narrow their choice.
By addressing uncertainty at the point of decision, Aria helps customers move from product discovery to a confident buying decision.
Aria is a monthly subscription with three plans sized by catalog: Starter ($579/month, up to 2,000 products), Growth ($1,149/month, up to 10,000) and Pro ($2,299/month, up to 50,000). Annual billing gives you two months free.
Each plan has a one-time setup fee ($1,149, $2,299 or $4,599) that covers catalog preparation, configuration, integration and private testing. Retailers with several stores or custom requirements get a Custom plan with a tailored proposal.
Full details are on our pricing page.
Implementation can take from several weeks to a few months, depending on the scope of the deployment.
The timeline is influenced by the size and readiness of your catalog, the product data that needs to be enriched, the required capabilities and sales channels, the complexity of the integrations, and the time allocated for private testing and approval.
After the initial catalog review and scope definition, we provide a phased implementation plan with clear milestones for catalog preparation, configuration, integration, testing and controlled launch.
Aria can be integrated either directly into your online store through an embedded chat widget or deployed on WhatsApp.
The channel is selected during the implementation process based on your store, customer experience and technical requirements. In either case, Aria is configured around your prepared catalog, product logic and store policies.

Aria is designed to support GDPR-compliant deployments. Data belonging to different retailers is kept separate, while personal data can be deleted or anonymized in accordance with documented retention policies and applicable legal requirements.
During implementation, we define what data is processed, who can access it, how long it is retained and how data-related requests are handled.
Our team works with you throughout implementation, testing and launch, then remains involved for an agreed period to monitor Aria, resolve technical issues and make initial refinements based on real customer use.
Longer term maintenance and optimization can be arranged separately.
Pricing and billing
Plans, the setup fee and how billing works.
Everything it takes to get Aria ready for your store: the catalog audit and enrichment, configuring how Aria recommends products and talks to customers, the integration with your platform and private testing before launch.
It’s charged once, at the start, and scales with the plan because larger catalogs take more preparation.
Both. Annual billing costs the same as ten months of the monthly plan, so you get two months free.
Yes. If your catalog grows past your plan’s limit, or you want to add WhatsApp or another store, you can move to a bigger plan at any time. We’ll tell you upfront if any extra setup work is needed.
